SHIPPING

Shipping is UPS with a rate of $9.99 for orders under $100, $14.99 shipping for orders that are $101-200 and $19.99 shipping for $200+ (shipping is calculated based on size of the package! This rate applies only to the lower 48 states). 

Please note we will process all orders within 5 business days and you will receive a shipping notification once the order leaves our warehouse. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Keke is not responsible for any shipping delays.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR POUCH SUBSCRIPTION

Our pouch subscription ships every 12 weeks from when you initially placed your order. Our subscription schedule is Spring Pouches launch in March, Summer Pouches launch in June, Fall Pouches launch in September, and Winter Pouches launch in December. 

RETURNS

If you need to place a return, please email us at hello@kekekid.com and we will respond back within 48 hours. We are a small team but we assure you that a real person will be reading your emails and will get you with all the information you need. 

We do not offer free shipping on returns and you are responsible for shipping your items.
